We have the Lincoln Lounge, aka “The Basement”, reserved from 4:00 – 10:00. This room has a private bar and private bathroom. We will have our own bartender/server, a buffet dinner served at 5:30 and an open “beer bar” for the entire 6 hours!

The Menu:
-- House made spicy guacamole, charred tomato salsa, tortilla chips
-- Spicy buffalo wings, blue cheese dressing, celery sticks
-- Slider burgers, american cheese

The Beer Bar:
-- Assorted domestic beers, draft and bottled
-- Assorted imported beers, draft and bottled
-- Cash bar for liquor drinks
-- Non-alcoholic beverages

The Cost:
The total for the food, bar, service charge, tax and room is $65/person.

Where, Part II:
Hilton Garden Inn

We have a special rate at the hotel. When making reservations online, enter “FND” in the Group/Convention Code box to get the special rate. If you are going to stay at the hotel, please make your reservations ASAP.

The Cost:
The special rate is $99. That is to have your own room. Of course, if you split the room, adjust the cost accordingly.
