Regular Season:

Point values -
Drafted Team beats Drafted Team = 3 points
Drafted Team beats Non-Drafted Team, in conference = 2 points
Drafted Team beats Non-Drafted Team, out of conference = 1 point

For Independents:
Drafted Indy beats Drafted Team = 3 points
Drafted Indy beats Non-Drafted Team = 2 points
Drafted Indy beats I-AA = 1 point

"Big 5" Conference Teams:
Conferences = ACC, Big 12, Conference USA, MAC, SEC.
Drafted Team getting into their conference's championship game = 4 points
Drafted Team winning their conference's championship game = 5 points (additional)

“Little 6” Conference Teams:
Conferences = Big East, Big Ten, Mountain West, PAC 10, Sun Belt, WAC.
Drafted Team winning conference championship = 5 points.
Champions determined by conference’s rules. Co-Champions split the bonus points (2 tie, each team gets 2 points; 3+ tie, each team gets 1 point.) Note: Bowl/BCS selections will not be used to determine bonus points.

Points are cumulative throughout the regular season. We will have 4 divisions of 5 managers. Each manager will draft 12 teams. Top 2 point totals in each division move to the playoffs.

Weekly Winner:
Highest weekly point total in the league wins weekly prize. If 2 tie, prize split 2 ways, if 3 tie, split 3 ways, etc. Tally to be kept on website until end of the season. Weekly total only includes games played that week (Mon – Sun). Big 5 Bonus points are not included in weekly totals.

Playoffs:
Scores restart at zero. Division winners get a "home field advantage" equal to the # of points they won their division. Win by 10, start with 10 points for the playoffs.
Each Drafted Bowl Team = 6 points.
Each Drafted Bowl Team win = 8 points (additional)

Tiebreakers (for regular season and playoffs):
TB #1 = Number of AP Top 25 teams.
TB #2 = Aggregate total of rankings of AP Top 25 teams. Lowest wins.
TB #3 = Head to Head wins involving the two tied.
TB #4 = Head to Head wins involving tied and top scorer.
TB #5 = Head to Head wins involving tied and next top scorer, and so on.

Payouts:
Weekly = $30 per week.
Four Division Winners = $150 each
Overall 1st Place = $200 and the Tanneyhill trophy
Overall 2nd Place = $125 and the Flutie trophy
Overall 3rd Place = $75

Special Bi-Law:
Owners must be present to draft. In the case of a planned absence, the owner may submit to the Commish a list of 60 teams from which they will draft via proxy. In the case of an unplanned absence (or no list submitted), a national magazine will be chosen by those present and drafting will be done via the top 60 according to that magazine.

In the event of multiple absences, the owner’s membership in the league will be questioned and put to a vote of those in attendance at Draft.
